Rhythm Health started with one long obsession: the coconut, and what it could do for the gut.
A thirty-year coconut journey
Our founder Brian traces it back to primary school, when a teacher returned from the tropics with a coconut. That small moment turned into a thirty-year journey across India, Thailand, South America, Africa and the Philippines, following the coconut wherever it grew.
Along the way he noticed something. A single coconut, washed up on a remote island, could seed an entire ecosystem. He saw the same pattern in the gut: beneficial bacteria colonising, multiplying, and creating a balanced inner world. Combine the coconut with fermentation, and you have a way to bring that life inside.
What we believe
Every bottle is 100% raw, natural and live. We do not pasteurise away the cultures we work so hard to grow. We package in recyclable glass and reusable bamboo. And we put our products in front of independent science rather than making claims on our own.
Good things grow when you give them room to live. That is the whole idea behind Rhythm Health.
